My Discord got hacked and ALL of my joined servers are gone

I re-joined some of them, but I don't know what other servers I have joined into because someone hacked my account and removed my servers. Because of that, I have to enable my 2FA to prevent this from occurring. My ID is 157267488126533632 and it was around 10:20 am, Philippine Standard Time, that this happened.
