When i went to login to my account it said this
"something out of the ordinary going on here"
when I verified my phone number I got an email saying your account has been disabled for TOS.

just think what did you do that you violated discord ToS https://discord.com/terms
Just look at the reason it explains it all
Discord asks you to verify your phone number when you DM like 10 people but looks like you DM'ed much more than that and also joined a ton of servers real quick so you were flagged for spam and then for self botting
