[Feature Request] Global channel topics for random meeting

What if we could meet(chat to) people according to what they want to do or to talk about?

Groups or Servers help us to meet people with the same interest as we, but what if we could meet people(in an channel automatically created by Discord according to the language we speak, maybe the place we are, and more importantly, the topic or theme we want to talk about?

Example:

If we had this feature we could select [Find people] > [Specific topic] > [More filter] > [Region] > [Language]

1. It would be better if we could talk to people without their real names or nicknames because we are here to talk and get to know each other and we could rate or add people here to keep talking later without really add they to our personal friends list. This way we could better get to know them before that. We could also rate people during the meeting so that we can better filter people we want to talk more in the future.
2. We could also follow the topics we like or copy the topics and allow people we think are interesting to be in the channel.
3. We could create schedules with date and time for people to be notified to accept the request.

I think Discord could be more than talking to people from the same server.
