Remove Discord Starting Window

I'd like to see the Discord starting window disappear or make it smaller and put it somewhere in the bottom right corner for example. It really annoys me when I do other stuff and then I have this discord loading animation covering it. It is so unnecessary...

I will be grateful if I see this being changed in the future.
