disappearing ping in inbox

so i can still hear the ping on laptop or pc and when i check i see the ping and quickly disappear and i haven't got any ping since November 19, 2021. Is there any way to fix this devs because i play the RPG bot and i really need the see the ping on pc or laptop except on phone cause it appears on the top, BUT it doesn't appear on the inbox. And my friend thought im ignoring nor inactive cause i never respond to their pings

  I am getting the same issue with @here and @everyone notifications. They make the sound and shows up in the inbox for a split second before disappearing.
