Adding the ability to report a user's profile (bio, username, profile picture)
The submit a request form doesn't allow to report a user's profile which could be breaking the ToS/EULA to the Trust and Safety Team.
Since bio was added I've seen a lot of people having fraudulent shop links, scam links, racism commentary...
Currently there's no way to report them since we can only report messages and not user's profile.

Adding to this, there should also be a way for reported users to effectively be aware of the report, and counter the report if it is a false or biased report in order to prevent exploration of the system. And while the discord team will most likely investigate, if it is implemented that is, it would still be best to hear multiple sides.

I just watched a Steam ban scammer nuke their own DM history right after I blocked them. This system needs to be fixed.
