Add ability to send voice clips on desktop clients

I see where this feature request has been shot down multiple times, but I'm reiterating it again.

This feature would be great for people who have intermittent (or permanent) troubles typing on a keyboard. (eg good for those with disabilities involving dexterity, and coordination)

I'm one of these people, and often have troubles typing, loading up my messages with countless typos, that make it hard to read.

Lately, I've been switching to mobile to use the Google keyboard for this, but that is inconvenient, when working on a PC.

Considering most PCs have a mic (whether built in, or purchased separately), and Discord already serves voice chat, if both parties are willing/available, so why can't this be implemented, at least for DMs?
