    I have the same problem! I have tried to get in contact since sunday when they took money unauthorized out of my account!

    Netrez if you've given them enough time, explore doing a chargeback with your bank. Almost always possible on credit cards. Some banks will even allow it on debit cards.

    Discord might get pissed off but if you have proof that you have given them enough time to sort the payment issue, there should be some understanding.
