Discord is picking up sounds from other apps like Teams

Discord is picking up sounds from YouTube and Teams for example when I'm in a call with other people. Can it be a setting or is it because of my earphones? I don't have the issue with Spotify.

  I had the same issue yesterday when being on a video call with headphone, the other participant was able to hear the video playing as good as me.
