Member got banned and not by administrator.

I am a mod in my discord and one of my members got banned without any banning by any admin and mods. He is not in the banned list at all, how come we cannot unban him and he is unable to rejoin the server.

    A member can only be banned by a user or bot that has been given the ability to do so, if nothing appears in the audit log then there may be another issue unrelated to the ban system.
