I can't send DM to bot.

I can't exchange messages with bot by DM. (Even if it is a bot created by yourself.)

However, I have confirmed that other people with the same privacy settings can exchange messages.

Also, we have confirmed that not all bots and DM can be done, but some bots such as Rythm can be exchanged.

I am sorry that my English is so bad.

  Please provide some more information: what happens when you DM the bot, are there any error messages?

  how did you create the bot, what framework are you using (discord.py or discord.js etc)?

  Are there any settings on the developer console you might need to change to DM the bot?

  1. The error message looks like the image.
     * "Allow direct messages from server members" in "Privacy & Security (User Settings)" is enabled.
  2. I made the bot "Discord Developer Portal".
  3. I'm using "discord.py".
     However, even when a bot that executes "AutoMuteUS" was prepared, it was not possible to exchange with DM as well.
  4. I'm sorry, I haven't found any settings that seem to be related to DM.
     * In OAuth2, a bot is created as an Administrator.
     Also, my friend  has confirmed that he can communicate with the same bot by DM without any problem.
