We should be able to see who read our messages!!!!

If every Server owner was able to see who read they're messages it'd be 10x easier to know I know someone that has a business chat through discord and when they give people tasks you never know who read it, so everyone gets annoyed because that person has to repeat themself more than once and ask every individual
