Image Uploading QOL Desktop

The recent change to uploading images allowing captions/spoilers for individual images is excellent, however the removal of the "Upload" button is quite frustrating because it was convenient being able to drag and drop images from another window without actually using the keyboard. Please bring back the upload button! I am not the only one who finds it inconvenient to reach for the enter key :)

I'd also like to suggest allowing users to individually react to images that have been bulk uploaded. Currently the only way to allow this is to upload each image individually, which defeats the purpose of the new system.
