Multiple images should be able to be displayed side-by-side on desktop.

There's a whole lot of perfectly good totally empty space in the UI on desktop when posting a bunch of images, and it's especially obnoxious when they're portrait orientation, because you get a super long conga line of images that just kick all other messages out.

You should be able to choose to format images left-to-right or top-to-bottom when doing multiple images in a message. Maybe even a setting that does it automatically based on the orientation of the image (wide vs tall).

I understand that mobile won't benefit from this at all, but the average image has room for like 5 more to the right of it even on 1080p monitors. It's just super inefficient as-is.
