The name of the file attached to the chat ignores non-alphabetic and non-numeric characters

Characters containing Japanese Hiragana or Kanji characters will disappear.

For example, When I upload, "20211202_富士山の写真.jpg" (20211202_Photo of Mt. Fuji.jpg).
It will be changed to "20211202_.jpg" and changed file uploaded automatically.
It is very difficult to use, so I would like you to improve it.
(In Slack, Japanese files are displayed without missing file names.)

Recently, Discord been able to enter alt text, but I think "missing file names" is not accessible.
