Reply Pinging Server Settings

Add a server setting similar to the server notification setting where you can make it so replies in said server are auto set to not ping. The option to turn on the ping would still be there obviously.

    A ping is a signal sent to a host that requests a response. ... The host, if available, responds with a single packet as a reply. The ping time, measured in milliseconds, is the round trip time for the packet to reach the host and for the response to return to the sender.
