Christmas update?

So for some reason after the new update all the notification sounds have changed and they have become really f****** annoying and loud.... Is it possible to change this back to normal?

    thankfully, yes! discord in all their infinite wisdom decided to hide this in the appearance settings, because apparently there are also visual changes somewhere. earlier, it wasn't possible (for whatever reason), going by the link below, but it is now.

    Why did discord spend a good amount of time during april recording actually good sounds, then they just decided that they'll give us this awful stuff for a whole month

    TLDR for those late to party - Settings -> Appearance -> "Show Seasonal Theme",... Set to OFF.
