Are we required to be part of the snowsgiving event server for this? Or are the Daily Snowy Surprises given to everyone? :-)

    before it had no cooldown so that means you're pc is lagging, now it has 30 min slow mode :)

    And for everyone else - Settings -> Appearance -> "Show Seasonal Theme",... Set to OFF.
