Role Icons for everyone

It would be nice and cool if role icons weren't only accessible if you have boosts. I think that everyone should be able to use them in order to customize their server and enjoy it. Especially for someone that doesn't have nitro or can't afford the boosts. I would like to put role icons on a friend server of mine but I can't because of the boost requirement and I know for sure none of us are going to use money on that server lol.

to shorten this, I believe that it would be better if role icons were accessible without any boosts.
