Improve this feedback tool

I would like to recommend you very, very, very, very, very, very, very urgently to moderate more here. "My account has been banned" is no feedback. There are thousends of entries on same topic. To submit feedback, I don't want to read through all of them to know if mine already exists. Feedback is also available multipletimes. For example, recurring events. There has to be much more active moderation, fusion and deletion, and you have to respond to whether a feedback has been accepted, is in process or is already available. Unfortunately, that is what defines modern feedback management.
