Adding a Notification for Support Ticket answers to the App

I would love to see a Feature where Discord send me a Tray Nofication (Desktop) or App Notification (IOS/Android) when an Answer to my Support Ticket arrived. Maybe even get a Direct Message from a User called "Discord Support" with an Badge.

This should be relativly easy to implement using the already existing APIs and would speed up the Chat beetwen User and Support Team
