Feature Request: Inverted mentions/pings to ping everyone apart from mentioned user(s)

This is a feature request to add a new functionality alongside pings (or mentions, however you'd like to call them) which could allow to ping everyone aside from whoever was mentioned using this particular functionality within the message (roles or users), essentially some sort of "inverted ping".
(This could be useful to make sure u ping everyone but not a specific role with one single ping, without having to mention all the roles in a server apart from that role instead)
