Nitro Addition Welcome message

Let us be able to make our own welcome message that get send by Discord in some servers so you can announce yourself on servers easy. This also could be build in the discord api for bots so even bots are able to put that in their message.

IF its possible it would be also cool if we could add some kind of image or embed to this.
