Increased attachment size

I would like the base attachment size to be made to either 15 or 20 MB this way I can upload certain images and short videos without much hassle.

    I can't really imagine why discord would do this since bigger uploads is one of their selling points for Nitro (also it's just 5$ per month for a 50MB upload limit...)
