Report System

So on Discord there isn't a report system and you have to go to a whole other website server and it's a lot to do for some people. Since Discord isn't monitored well, many underaged kids use it and when they encounter violent or extreme things, they may want to report it. Even though the shouldn't be using Discord, it should still be easy for people to report stuff on Discord no matter the age because even 13+ year olds may not know all of the steps to report someone. I was thinking of suggesting an option to report players by click their profile picture, clicking view profile, clicking the 3 dots, and the report button is there. Or maybe it's a server they might want to report, they can do it by right-clicking on the server and a report option shows up.
