Custom server profile picture without Nitro

I am not looking for anything fancy, but with the expansion of Discord beyond gaming, being able to have different personas on different servers is kind of table stakes. The profile picture is a big part of how I'm seen on different servers. I don't want my online gaming experiences to be connected to my real-life self. At all. Non-male and/or non-white people are especially vulnerable to online harassment, and providing platform assistance to disconnect games personas from real life would be helpful for preventing that harassment from expanding to real life as well.
