Offline Messaging

Similar to how offline google docs work. For people using the desktop app, and don't have access to internet, making a system where you're able to read through messages sent prior to when you last had internet would be really helpful. Also implementing a pending message system - sending a message offline and the message sends once you're back online - would be nice too.

It can also be made an optional feature for people who don't want to use up more resources archiving discord messages locally.
