Restoring access to your abandoned group chats

Recently, I ran into the problem that the person who created the group chat, after everyone leaves it, simply cannot restore access to his abandoned group chat, where the information he needs, images, and so on can be stored. I understand that a very small number of people had it and this will interest few people, but please understand.
To be able to restore what was lost is better than it does not have such an opportunity, since even the support that does not have such tools could not help me in any way.
