Discord helpers dont respond..

So i have texted 3 discord helpers bc my account was deactive.NONE OF THEM replyed after i responded to there text.like they only have to text once and never come back to finish the conversation.I dont know who teached them to be like that but its very disrespectful.That way you cant solve your issue.

    I filed a complaint about "trek" and instead of having someone handle it, trek himself closed the ticket, AND the followup one. He needs to get fired.
