Discord support isn't great at all.
Last night my account was stolen from me by the hands of someone who sent me a link. I downloaded the program cause the person was saying that him and a buddy created a new game and wanted me to test it. I scanned it with my virus protection and it was clear. I ran it and it logged me out of discord and by the time I tried to log back in the email had been changed. I submitted a ticket and it only took about 5 minutes for the automated response. I responded back to send it to support and it took awhile before someone or another bot responded. I sent all the information and more for my account to start the investigation. I've not heard a single thing back. I also submitted a new support ticket to try and start a new one hoping the next support member was a little quicker and I still haven't even heard from anyone. This is saddening as I've been with discord for years. I feel that the support team could do a whole lot better. And instead of just complaining I feel like a viable solution would be to hire actual online chat assistants to help people a little quicker with time sensitive things like this.

Hire enough employees for peats sake. In a pandemic era it shouldn't be hard to find people for that type of job.
