Add The Reason To The Time Out Notification

Would be nice for the recipients of a Timeout to see the reason a moderator has attached to their timeout. This would definitely help in large servers that use this feature alot so that moderation staff won't have to explain to every individual why they have been punished. On our server we have a hidden channel that muted members get put into when assigned a role and the amount of times and people we have to explain as to why they are there is ridiculous. Example: "You have been timed out for [1 Day] on [Server Name] for [Trolling in #general].

    Entirely agree. Weird to see that it's been a year but Discord has not understood the importance of this feature yet.
