For moderators: on serverText channels ~ MOVE TEXTS

Some members of a discord channel aren't using the right channel for a specific text message and it belongs in a different channel.

The admins and mods want to move this message to the correct channel or thread.

This function would be included within the existing "manage messages"-right of a role.

  I love the idea! The moved message should also show where it was moved from.
