stole commissioned picture and use it as their profile picture

Someone stole a picture of mine that I commissioned with an artist and the thief use it as his/her profile picture, I did reached out to him/her, but it doesn't worked out. Please help, thanks. I have the picture files that sent by the artist and that is the evidence.

  Hello, This isn't something that should be reported to Discord. I know the frustration that you’re going through but this isn’t something Discord can deal with.
