Blocking vs Reporting Spammers (DMs)

Reporting spam should automatically block the user.  In the current implementation, reporting spam removes the DM thread so you can't block the user after reporting.  

I have one spammer in particular that has a long, long history of spam messages in my DMs.  I report each one when they come in, the thread disappears, and I never get a chance to block them.  I keep intending to block them next time instead of reporting, because apparently we have to make a choice, but I always tend to forget that this is a problem.  

Additionally, if a user is reporting DM spam, there should be an option for the reporting user to send information about the reported message to Mods of shared servers with the spammer.  Discord shouldn't be expected to handle spammers itself (and tbh doesn't do a great job of it), the reports should be sent to the server mods, who can actually remove the spamming user.  This could be sent to the 'Community Updates' channel in the Community settings for servers
