Alt text for channel names.

Due to the amount of servers that use fancy Unicode symbols and emojis, it's difficult for people with screen readers to access this. Some unicode has longer names, and people use more than one, leading to a muddle up of all sorts of words that make it very difficult for screen reader users to navigate. 

I understand Aesthetics are important for some people, but it's become harder and harder for my peers to find a place that is accessible

  I would love to see this! I wonder if the alt text could be additionally displayed on hover, that would be useful for longer channel names. The IRC-styled channel names are archaic anyways.
