When Discord disables an account, they have already performed thorough investigations of the account to make sure they are disabling it correctly and as a last resort.
If you're being sent automatic responses, it means your chance at appealing has already been used, and they will not be accepting further appeals for the offence.

But i am 100% sure I didnt break TOS and i have only gotten bot responses not a single human response even for my first appeal

If Discord suspects your account to have violated their ToS or Community guidelines, they reserve the right to disable or delete your account.

you don't have to break TOS - they banned me for being in a channel they didn't like. Bot responses is all you get - they could care less. your account is gone. forever. don't let people tell you it is a fair system, that is hogwash. there are WAY to many people with the same story.

look, I don't know how else to say this. You hurt their little snowflake feelings somehow and they are throwing a tantrum and the only tooth they have is deleting your account. best to just move on and forget about it I would say. there is nothing you can do.
