Help Center is not Helpful
Your help center is really lacking. I wasn't able to find anything that came close to answering my account questions. And I tried the help chat button and not only was it not a chat is was a horribly setup search bar. I tried searching through that and it gave me articles that had none of the keywords or phrases I had entered. Even if I were to wait another day for someone to see a chat and then answer me I would have preferred to have actual help rather than no help at all. For such a widely used service I would think there is enough resources to make the help center a lot more useful.
