Scam account EDGAR#9999

Dear community, we want to report a scam account: EDGAR#9999

He wants to look like a part of NFT world, but he's unknown, no info in Google.

He is sending .zip and .rar archives with .pif file with a potential virus. He's acting like a client or collaboration artist. 

We want tp spread this profile all over NFT community.

    If you believe this user is distributing malware, please create a ticket for Trust & Safety to review: Submit a request

    In the meantime, you can help spread awareness on this by writing a server announcement on how server members can stay secure, explaining how to avoid phishing scams and the like. If need be, ask users to up their user safety settings in Discord so that their client scans incoming files sent to them.

    If you see any reports of users having been scammed, it will help to share these quick steps:
    1) Secure your device by performing malware and virus scans
    2) Set a new password and 2FA across all services, including games, webshops, banks etc.
    3) Adjust Discord privacy/safety settings to avoid receiving unsolicited DMs from server members
