Forced voice call

Every time I open the discord app on my phone, it automatically throws me into the last call I was in. It doesn't matter how long after I hang up, it throws me in. Sitting in call on my PC and opening discord on my phone will move the call to my phone. This has happened with the last 2 phones I've had. Does anyone have any solutions for this?
