Problem with AirPods Pro

im using discord for Mac (Mac OS 12.1)

discord up to date.

when I do a video conference , I hear the other people very scrappy or fragmentary.

and also they here me very bad and disturbed. 

when I move back to the built in speaker those problems stops.
