Can't disconnect or mute a channel when a phonecall comes in

So if I am in a channel and someone is speaking and I get a phone call at the same time and I take that phone call I cannot do anything to the discord call. I can't mute it I can't even disconnect it even though pressing the button registers. Oddly enough when I hang up the phone call then the discord call hangs up. This is on a Samsung s21 ultra
