mobile: emojis reordering as I try to pick them

please, stop this from happening on mobile, i don't like all the backspacing I have to do for the wrong emoji codes — just because the emojis swapped places between me picking one and then trying to pick another that's suddenly no longer where it was.

    why this is in accessibility — the "I can see this fast" problem of visual processing; the emojis reorder faster than I can notice a change, and the swapping happens in unpredictable pattern, so I can't even predict when I need to pause typing to scan the picker's options again, rather than click where they had been within the last 5s. I mean, if you put a 5s delay after last user's interaction onto that feature, that'd basically solve the issue for me.
