I was banned from a server, but no one banned me

Hello, I was on a server with my friends, and I left the group, when I tried to join the server again, It said ''The user is banned from this guild.'' and I checked with the group admins and I didn't get banned by nobody! in the settings, in ''Banishing'' my username was not there... Could someone help me?

and sorry if my english is bad, i'm using a translator...

  Do you have another account who was banned before? Maybe it was banned and because you have the same IP doesn't let you enter
  I hope it helps, I'm having a similar problem
