bought discord nitro, but it's not working

yesterday i bought discord nitro, and the payment went through. it says i'm subscribed when i look in the app store & every time i try to subscribe again it says i'm already subscribed until the end date. however, i don't have the badge, and i have no perks. i've logged in & logged out, refreshed the app, deleted it and redownloaded it and still nothing. emailed discord support but still no response. can anyone help me with this ?
