Certain controllers/peripherals prevent Discord from automatically setting status to idle
Previously, Discord only used keyboard/mouse to detect user activity. This resulted in the client automatically setting users to idle if they were playing a game with e.g. a controller.
This was fixed by also recognizing controllers (and by the looks of it, other gaming peripherals) as input devices, and using them to detect user activity. However, this caused a new problem: controllers/peripherals with e.g. analogue sticks may cause Discord to think the user is constantly active. This is because the axes of peripherals may give slightly different inputs, even when laying completely still and with no input by the user. You can test this for yourself with this online gamepad tester: https://gamepad-tester.com/. I observed this behavior with both a Sony DS4 and DualSense controller.
TL;DR: Certain controllers/peripherals look like they are always being used, making Discord think that you are always active and not automatically setting your status to idle.
