I would like to appeal for my disabled account.

For the last few day's I've been sending in appeals but all I get back is a bot response and I really want to get my account back is there anything I can do to get the account back?

    Buenas noches, se me cerró la cuenta no se porque, pero le agradezco una solución a esto porque tengo ahí comunicación importante que atender y necesito dar respuestas a eso pronto, quisiera saber qué puedo hacer?
