discord webcam video goes to 240p terrible quality

After 4-5 days ago, webcam quality has gone to shit and looks very blurry and low resolution with nasty aliasing. I have a C922 pro stream set to 1080p 30, and the camera feed on my end is nice and crisp, but on calls on several different servers, quality is down to 240p or worse. Several of my friends has the same issue where they normally look crisp.
I also pay for full nitro, so i should be getting 1080p 60 fps with nice and crisp video. 

Same goes for game streaming. People's streams looks terrible with 40x70 visible blocks of "pixels" making it insanely hard to see their streams properly.

    Same here. Tested with browser, gets a bit better but still very blurry... using 4K cam looking like 240p :\ revert last changes on cams please

    I have noticed this blurry camera for like a week now, however yesterday we found out that the video becomes blurry when someone in the server has your webcam video disabled. If everyone has your webcam video on it is fixed again.

     

    Very odd bug, I suspect bandwidth is limited when turning off video stream, but now accidentally this happens for everyone instead of the one person who turned it off.
