No response to my request.

Recently I sent a request to the Discord support team, talking about my account being accused that i am under the age of 13 and Today, when I went to see the status of my request, it was like "Solved", but nothing was resolved, I didn't receive any email as a response or anything, and on top of that I am 16 years old and i have even submitted proof Safety & Trust team wanted.

    i got my account banned once because i "couldn't prove" i was over 13..on my 14th birthday. my birthday was also set on my birthday so it shouldn't even happened plus what the heck am i going to show them i was 14 my chuck-e-cheese license
