Improving Reporting Hacked accounts.

Just a suggestion after dealing with multiple phishing attempts over the past few months. Can we maybe add a reason to "report" a user so that they can be tagged as having a compromised account? This would allow the account to be disabled and a notification sent to the owners' email or SMS if they have it linked.

These attempts seem to be timed when the user isn't typically online (I've seen one where the user was actively posting and then suddenly it wasn't them behind the keys anymore)

Reducing the delay between other users becoming aware that the person's been hacked and the person who got hacked can help mitigate damage.
