Discord support is annoying
My main account got reported by a user and consequently suspended, but I'm pretty sure I didn't break any rules. Despite this, I keep getting met with a "Clyde" response telling me that my account "will not be reinstated". I really want to talk with an actual human to clarify my situation, but I guess that's not a viable outcome for whatever reason. Even if the Clyde response is sent by an actual human, I want to talk to an actual human to understand if my account really broke any rules, and to make an appeal for another chance if possible. This account has been active for many years and I use it a lot so I really don't want to lose it so abruptly. If anybody has any advice for me, I'm open to suggestions.

Discord is not obligated to provide a reason for suspending an account, as stated in the TOS that you agreed to when making your account.

are they even obligated to keep suspensions related to the tos/guidelines or can they literally suspend you for any reason and just decide not to reinstate the account0 -
According to the TOS, they can pretty much ban you for whatever they want.

so you don't even have to knowingly breach any tos/guidelines to be banned and never get your account back again. even tho the generic response insists you breached tos/guidelines. great. if only I had the knowledge and resources to set up my own platform like discord.0 -
Genuinely mystified by discord staff’s seeming apathy over my struggles at this point. None of the support requests sent by my main account have gotten anything other than the generic Clyde response, and requests for assistance I make on this account all insist that I contact them on the suspended account. My most recent request for assistance made from this account was, for lack of a better term, “left on read” [support marked it as “solved” without even responding to it and disabled additional comments to be made. So it definitely got read and prompted a reaction. Just not a very helpful one.]. Is this really how they treat customers that’ve been suspended from their platform for whatever reason? I’m disappointed by this experience. My discord account wasn’t even given a chance to return. It just got kicked to the curb and abandoned.
